Billing FAQs

  • I accept Cash, Card, Check, Venmo, Zelle, or Cashapp. I also accept Worker’s Comp and Auto Insurance.

  • Yes! I am in network with HealthPartners insurance and am a VA Community Care Provider.

  • Absolutely. For those who have out-of-network benefits, you can request a Superbill be provided after your session. Regular self-pay rates will apply following treatment. You will then supply your insurance company with the Superbill for reimbursement.
